Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Start Your Own AI Agency Masterclass, AI Agency Launchpad, and related websites, educational materials, communities, digital products and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by EzyMarketer LLC (“EzyMarketer”, “we”, “us” or “our”), Wyoming, United States.

By registering for, purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to register or participate.

2. Nature of Our Services

AI Agency Launchpad provides educational training and resources intended to help individuals learn how to establish, operate and grow an AI services business.

Our training may cover AI tools, software setup, sales skills, client acquisition, demonstrations, marketing, customer relationship management and business operations.

The Services are educational in nature. We do not guarantee that you will establish a business, secure customers or earn a particular amount of income.

3. Free Membership and Affiliate-Linked Access

We may offer complimentary access to selected training, community features and educational resources.

Eligibility for particular free membership benefits may depend on promotional terms, participation requirements or subscribing to third-party software through an eligible affiliate referral.

Where such conditions apply, they will be disclosed before registration.

Free access does not mean that third-party software, optional upgrades or other products are provided without charge.

We may modify free membership offers for future registrations, subject to commitments already made to existing members and applicable law.

4. Optional Paid Training and Premium Membership

We may introduce optional paid educational products and services, including:

• One-time purchases unlocking specific training modules
• Paid access to advanced courses and implementation resources
• Monthly or annual premium memberships
• Bundles of training, templates, webinars and marketing resources
• Other optional products or services described at the time of purchase

Prices, included benefits, access periods and payment terms will be presented before purchase.

We will not automatically convert a free membership into a paid subscription without your express agreement.

Paid features may be accessible only while an applicable subscription remains active, unless a particular purchase expressly provides a longer access period.

5. Done-For-You Services

EzyMarketer may separately offer Done-For-You services, including advertising campaigns, funnel creation, webinar systems, marketing automation or other implementation services.

These services may require a separate agreement, proposal or statement of work addressing deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities and cancellation provisions.

Purchasing Launchpad training does not automatically include Done-For-You services.

6. Payments, Subscriptions and Cancellation

Where paid Services are offered, payment may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider.

For recurring subscriptions, the applicable price, billing interval and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase.

You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation method provided at purchase or by contacting support@ezymarketer.com.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer, cancellation prevents future subscription renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already charged.

Any applicable refund rights, trial terms or non-refundable conditions will be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable law.

We will not impose undisclosed subscription charges.

7. Third-Party Software and GoHighLevel

Our training may demonstrate or recommend third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel.

Third-party software subscriptions are separate from Launchpad membership unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for reviewing the third party’s pricing, service agreements, usage terms and applicable charges.

EzyMarketer is not responsible for third-party software changes, availability, pricing or performance outside our control.

8. Affiliate Relationships

EzyMarketer may receive commissions or other compensation when users subscribe to third-party products or services through our affiliate links.

This may include GoHighLevel and other business software providers.

Our affiliate relationships will be disclosed where applicable.

Unless expressly stated in a particular offer, purchasing a third-party subscription does not establish an entitlement to every paid Launchpad product or service.

9. Member Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and promptly update material changes.

Unless expressly permitted, accounts and purchased training access are intended for individual use and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

We may take reasonable action against unauthorised access, account abuse or misuse of our Services.

10. Community Conduct

Members must interact respectfully with other participants and EzyMarketer representatives.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech or abusive behaviour
• Spam, unsolicited promotions or deceptive marketing
• Fraudulent activity or unlawful conduct
• Sharing another member's personal information without permission
• Attempting to compromise our websites, software or community
• Redistributing, reproducing, sharing, reselling or publishing any EzyMarketer training content or materials, whether free or paid, without prior written authorisation

We may moderate content, restrict access or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms or comply with legal requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our original training videos, scripts, course materials, templates, branding, website content and educational resources are owned by EzyMarketer or used under appropriate licence.

Members receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use training materials for their own learning and business development, subject to the applicable membership or purchase terms.

You may apply the techniques taught in our training to your own business and client services.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly publish or commercially sublicense our proprietary materials without written permission.

Any downloadable templates or Done-For-You resources may carry additional licence terms specifying permitted client use.

12. AI Tools and AI-Generated Content

Our Services may include demonstrations, educational guidance or support provided through artificial intelligence.

AI-generated material may contain inaccuracies, omissions or outdated information.

Members are responsible for reviewing and testing AI outputs before using them in their businesses or delivering them to clients.

You remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, privacy obligations, marketing rules and third-party platform terms when implementing AI solutions.

13. Training Outcomes and Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, income level, client acquisition result or timeframe.

Any examples of earnings, business growth or client success are illustrative and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.

Actual outcomes depend on factors including individual effort, experience, market conditions, business decisions and implementation.

You are responsible for evaluating business risks and obtaining appropriate professional advice.

14. Advertising and Marketing Responsibilities

Members who operate advertising campaigns, send marketing communications or provide AI-powered services to clients are responsible for complying with applicable laws and platform policies.

This includes obtaining appropriate consent, respecting unsubscribe requests, accurately representing products and services, and protecting personal information.

Training materials do not constitute legal, tax, accounting or regulated professional advice.

15. Availability and Changes to Services

We may update course materials, introduce new lessons, improve features or change how Services are delivered.

We may also experience interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures or third-party providers.

Where changes materially affect existing paid entitlements, we will handle them in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the original purchase.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature or training resource.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where a member materially breaches these Terms, engages in unlawful conduct, abuses other members or creates a significant security risk.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Any remaining rights, obligations or remedies will be determined by applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EzyMarketer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EzyMarketer LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and affiliates from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another party’s rights or material breach of these Terms.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from the unlawful conduct, negligence or wilful misconduct of a party seeking indemnification, or where applicable law prohibits such indemnification.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections or other applicable laws require otherwise.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, Services or legal requirements.

The effective date will be revised when updated Terms are published.

Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.
